INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Reception office: Open from April to September, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm, except Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 8pm.
You'll find all the information you need about the campsite's services in three languages, entertainment, games, weather information (drought and fire) and tips for discovering all the attractions of the Pays Catalan.

Display Rules and regulations: The rules and regulations are posted at the reception desk. They are given to any customer who requests them. The classification category and number of tourist pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs, and can be consulted at reception.

Booking your stay implies full acceptance of our general terms and conditions of reservation, as well as our house rules.

Reservations are personal and cannot be transferred without the campsite's agreement. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to persons whose names are not those given on the "reservation request".

1) Pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the site indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

2) The presence of at least one adult is required. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Each occupant must be in possession of an identity card providing proof of name, age and address.

3) Your guests must go to reception to register as "VISITORS". They must leave their vehicle outside the campsite. If they wish to stay overnight, they will be registered as "ADDITIONAL PERSONS" (see rates), subject to the maximum number of people allowed on the pitch or in the rental unit (see rates).

4) Guests are asked to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before. Fees are payable at the reception desk. Fees are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the campsite. PAYMENT of stays, passages, various supplements, modifications to the booking contract affecting the overall cost of the stay, is made on arrival.

5) DOGS must be registered, tattooed, vaccinated and kept on a leash. Hygiene bags are available free of charge at reception (pets are not allowed in the campsite swimming pool). Category 1 and 2 dogs must be muzzled.

6) Don't leave anything on the clotheslines overnight. Secure your bicycles or other objects with chains. In general, do not keep money or valuables on your pitch or in view of pedestrians. The campsite is not responsible for theft.

7) Parking is strictly forbidden on pitches usually occupied by accommodation. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in. Vehicle speed inside the campsite is limited to 10km/h. Traffic is prohibited from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

8) The heated "Les Ecureuils" pool is currently closed. The second pool, "Les Cigales", is open from April to the end of September, from 10am to 8pm. In the event of bad weather (thunderstorm, wind, rain), the pool manager reserves the right to evacuate the pool. Pool rules are posted at the pool entrance. For reasons of hygiene, long clothing is not permitted in the pool (shorts, boxer shorts, overalls, Bermuda shorts). Young children must wear diapers specially designed for swimming. Children are the responsibility of their parents, and non-swimmers must wear armbands.
Unsupervised swimming. Please do not consume or smoke at the pool.
Visitors are not allowed to enter or use the pool.

9) BARBECUES: Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.

10) Please leave the sanitary facilities as clean as you found them. No games are allowed.

11) Be sure to RESPECT your neighbors' sleep after midnight.

12) Our campsite has built its reputation on the FAMILY CHARACTER of its services; the infrastructures, organization and programs are adapted to this end. We reserve the right, in the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

13) On the day of departure, rentals must be vacated by 10 a.m., pitches and tepees by 11 a.m., otherwise an additional day may be charged at the current nightly rate.

14) In the event of a DISPUTE, the courts of Perpignan shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any complaints regarding shortcomings on the part of the establishment must be notified in writing within 30 days of departure.

Garage mort: Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site with the agreement of the management, and only at the indicated location. There may be a charge for this service.

For rentals only

There is a fixed inventory sheet in the mobile home. You will need to check it yourself and report any comments within 24 hours.

1) HOUSEHOLD CLEANING must be done by you on departure (before 10am). You have the option of choosing the "no final cleaning" option (excluding crockery) against payment at reception.

2) You can request an INVENTORY appointment up to the day before your departure for the morning of the same day. If this inspection does not reveal any shortcomings in terms of cleanliness or inventory.

3) If this appointment does not take place, the inspection will nevertheless be carried out by us. If the rental has not been properly cleaned before your departure, a CLEANING FEE of up to 50€ will be charged.

4) Withholding the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that actual expenses exceed the set amount (200€ to 400€).
