Reception desk : Open from April to September, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm, except Saturdays, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 8pm.
You'll find all the information you need about the campsite's services in three languages, entertainment, games, weather information (drought and fire) and tips for discovering all the attractions of the Catalan countryside.

Display The house rules are displayed at the reception desk. They are given to any customer who requests them. The classification category and the number of tourist pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs and can be consulted at reception.

Booking your stay implies full acceptance of our general booking conditions and house rules.

Reservations are personal and cannot be transferred without the agreement of the campsite. The campsite management reserves the right to refuse to accept anyone whose name is not on the booking form.

1) Pitches can accommodate 6 pers. max

The outdoor accommodation and associated equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

2) The presence of at least an adult is required. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. All occupants must be in possession of an identity card proving their name, age and address.

3) Your guests must report to reception for their registration as "VISITORS". They must leave their vehicle outside the campsite. If they wish to stay overnight, they will be registered as an "ADDITIONAL PERSON" (see rates) in the campsite. compliance with the maximum number of people allowed on pitch or rental (see rates).

4) Customers are asked to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before. Fees are payable at the reception desk. Charges are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are payable according to the number of nights spent on the campsite. PAYMENT stays, passages, various supplements, changes to the booking contract affecting the overall cost of the stay, on arrival.

 5) All DOGS must be registered, tattooed, vaccinated and Must be kept on a lead. Hygiene bags are available free of charge from reception (pets are not allowed in the campsite swimming pool). Category 1 and 2 dogs must be muzzled.

6) Do not leave anything on the washing lines overnight. Attach your bikes or other objects with chains. As a general rule, do not keep any money or valuables on your pitch or in full view of pedestrians.. The campsite is not responsible for theft.

7) Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by accommodation. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in. Vehicle speed inside the campsite is limited to 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited from 11.30 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.

 8) The heated "Les Ecureuils" pool is currently closed. The second pool, "Les Cigales", is open from April to the end of September from 10am to 8pm. In the event of bad weather (storm, wind, rain), the pool manager reserves the right to evacuate the pool. The pool rules are displayed at the entrance. For reasons of hygiene, long clothing is not permitted in the pools (shorts, boxer shorts, overalls, Bermuda shorts). Young children must wear nappies specially designed for swimming. Children are the responsibility of their parents, and non-swimmers must wear armbands.
Swimming not supervised. Please do not drink or smoke in the pool.
Visitors are not permitted to access or use the swimming pool.

9) BARBECUES: Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of fire, notify the management immediately. Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.

10) Please leave the washrooms as clean as you found them. Games are prohibited.

11) Make sure you RESPECT the sleep of your neighbours from midnight.

12) Our campsite has built its reputation on the FAMILY NATURE of its services; the infrastructures, organisation and programmes are adapted to this end. We reserve the right, in the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of these rules and regulations, and after the manager has served formal notice to comply, the contract may be terminated. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

13) On the day of departure, rentals must be vacated by 10 a.m. and pitches and tepees by 11 a.m., failing which the following conditions apply an extra day may be billed at the current nightly rate.

14) In the event of a DISPUTE, the courts of Perpignan shall have sole jurisdiction. Any complaints regarding shortcomings on the part of the establishment must be notified in writing within 30 days of departure.

Dead garage : Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the pitch with the agreement of the management and only on the pitch indicated. A charge may be made for this service.

For rentals only

There is a fixed inventory sheet in the mobile home. You must check it yourself and report any comments within 24 hours.

1) Housework is to be carried out by you on departure (before 10am). You have the option of choosing the "no final cleaning" option (excluding crockery) against payment at reception.

2) You can request an appointment of INVENTORY until the day before your departure for the same morning. If this check does not reveal any shortcomings in terms of cleanliness or material goods inventoried.

3) If this appointment does not take place, the inspection will nevertheless be carried out by us. In the event that the rental has not been properly cleaned before your departure, a CLEANING PACKAGE of up to 50€ will be charged.

4) Withholding the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that actual costs exceed the set amount (200€ to 400€).
